Import Timetable

Run the 'Whole Timetable' Report from SIMs to create csv file. Then upload below

Select Timetable to upload:

Please note this only assigns lessons with classes - IE etc need to be entered manually.

To set up the SIMs report do the following

  1. The Whole Timetable report definition can be downloaded here: WholeTimetable.RptDef
  2. Then in Sims choose: Reports -> Design Report.
  3. Select 'Import a report'.
  4. Click open and navigate to the file you just downloaded.
  5. Make sure the tick box next to the 'Whole Timetable' is checked
  6. Click 'Import'
  7. Click 'Close'

To run the SIMs report do the following

  1. Then in Sims choose: Reports -> Run Report.
  2. Select 'Whole Timetable'.
  3. Click 'Run'.
  4. Supply the Effective date.
  5. Click 'OK'.
  6. Wait. It can take a little while.
  7. Make note of where the CSV file has been saved.
  8. Upload that file in the form above.
